Is Iriana Insurance Services an independent insurance agency?
Yes. We're a family-run independent agency in Valencia, licensed by the California Department of Insurance (agency license #0D44425). Being independent means we can quote 30 insurance companies, including Mercury Insurance, Travelers, Bristol West, Steadily, Obie and NEXT, instead of just one. Which carrier fits depends on what you're insuring and on each company's underwriting.
What kinds of insurance do you sell?
Personal lines: car insurance, including SR-22 filings, home insurance, condo, renters and landlord and rental property. We can also help you compare earthquake and classic car options. For businesses: general liability, BOPs, commercial auto, workers' comp and contractor coverage. Many clients bundle a home with two cars.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. Almost everything happens by phone, email and e-signature, which is how we serve clients in Bakersfield, Orange County and the Central Valley. If you live in the Santa Clarita Valley and would rather sit down in person, our office is at 25060 Avenue Stanford, Suite 240 in Valencia. Please call ahead so one of us is there.
How quickly will someone call me back?

Is a quote free, and what do I need to have ready?
Quotes are free and there's no obligation to buy. For car insurance we'll ask who drives, which vehicles and your current coverage. For a home we'll need the address, a few details about the house and your current policy. Your current declarations page makes the whole thing faster.
Do you only insure people who live in Santa Clarita?
No. The agency is licensed throughout California, so we can help clients anywhere in the state. Besides the Santa Clarita Valley, we work with clients in Bakersfield, Palmdale and Lancaster, Ventura, Orange County, Modesto and Turlock. We are not licensed outside California.
Can you help if my home insurance company is not renewing my policy?
